The Trumbull CT real estate market report for September 2012 showed a 107% INCREASE in sales as compared to September 2011 sales.?? The Greater Fairfield County MLS had 31 closed sales recorded compared to?15 sales last September. (see chart below)

The same year-to-year comparison showed a decline in list and selling averages, 19% and 20% respectively.? The median came down 8%.
