B2B TELESALES Associate
North-East (Singapore)
Responsibilities:
Manage existing customers and markets for new branded electronic consumer products
? Responsible for account development and retention through up-selling and cross-selling.
? Searching constantly for new revenue generating opportunities to meet the company targets.
? Accomplishing the agreed levels of calling activity to raise revenue or volume streams.
? Developing targeted telesales campaigns to increase sales.
? Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote product & service offering
? Developing and maintaining new database contacts and details of potential customers.
? Analyze customer needs and suggest the best solution, guiding customer?s decision making in a professional manner.
Requirements:
? Graduate of Engineering, Marketing, Business Management Course or any related fields
? 2-5 years of experience on sales of mobile, camera, IT products, perfumes, TV & game consoles
? 2 years of experience in dealing with retailers, wholesalers & distributors of electronic products
? Possess good work attitude, organizational and coordination skills
? Enthusiastic, sales motivated with ability to strategize
? Persistent and well organized in customer follow-ups
? Self-motivated, results-oriented and target driven
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
? Prior experience in trading industry will be an advantage
Remuneration:
? Salary + commission
