Ways To Make Your Ex Boyfriend Want You Back

Ways To Make Your Ex Boyfriend Want You Back

OK, you've made your mind up and you want your ex boyfriend back. The only problem is that you have to find ways to make him want you back too. The first thing that you must realise is that the male brain is very different from the female brain and in order to get him back you need to figure out what he thinks about you after you split. I'm not suggesting that you become an amateur psychologist but a little understanding of this will help. Try sounding out some of your male friends or your brother if you have one.

Trying to get an ex boyfriend back is not always simple, if you get it wrong the result can be that you will drive him further away from you. The natural reaction is to blame yourself, but hold on a minute ?we are not born knowing the way to attract men or how to keep them interested, there are no classes you take that teaches you these skills. We all make mistakes and learn how to be skilled at this through practice and experience. So don't beat yourself up about the mistakes you have made in the past, now is the time to change things.

Alright, there are women who seem to instinctively know what men want and find it easy to maintain long-term relationships with them. These are women who understand how men think and this success with men can be yours also. If your goal is to make your ex boyfriend want you back some work is required and this article will teach you what you need to do.

Absence makes the heart Grow Fonder

This old saying is true! That?s not to say that you have to disappear off the face of the planet, but a great way to make a man want you is to be unavailable to him . It may be difficult if you have the same friends or work or take classes together, this is when you will have to be a little more subtle. This means you should not speak to him unless he speaks to you and avoid looking at him. The male ego means that he will not be able to cope with this lack of interest on your part and tart to take steps in your direction again to get some attention. You must appear to be over him as his male ego will be looking for any tell-tale signs that you are still interested.

Your lack of interest will be surprising and totally unexpected; he will not be able to figure out why you don?t still want him. Herein lies one of the secrets ? men love the chase. He will want you, at the very least, to want his attention and when you appear not to care he will wonder if you ever really liked him. This is probably the complete opposite of what you want to do but your lack of interest in him will reignite his interest in you. This may seem devious but it will get results. This will not only make your ex boyfriend want you back, it will render him dumbstruck and completely turn the tables around.

Please remember you should not on any account be rude to him if he talks to you, smile, be polite and engage in conversation but resist the urge to ask questions and keep the conversation as brief as possible. End the conversation by saying that you're late or busy but it's been nice chatting. If you are rude he may feel unable to approach you again, so play it cool.

Be A Mistress of Mystery

Remember the girl you were when you met him? That was the girl he fell for, the special unique you. That girl is still in there somewhere ?go back to your old hobbies; take up some new ones you?ve always wanted to try. Doing this will give you a glow and also give you something to occupy your time instead of thinking about him. It will also give you back your energy and enthusiasm for life. He will notice the change in you and be intrigued. This will also mean that you do not spend your time thinking about him and will reduce the chance that you will make contact with him, which will only result in embarrassment and possibly tears.

Mysteriousness doesn't mean that you should be rude! During this stage you must keep yourself occupied with your hobbies and let it be known that you have lots going on at the moment. Maintaining the mystery means that you should avoid social networking sites. So no matter how tempted you are to tweet or update your Facebook timeline ?. don't do it! He will probably be checking your profile so don?t let him know what you are doing by posting it for him to see. If he knows exactly what you are up to there will be no need for him to contact you and find out for himself now, will there?

Denying him information about what you are doing will make him want to know what you are doing, give him a chance to miss you and make him desire you again.

What Is Next?

The above tips will increase the likelihood of you getting your man back and there are many other techniques that could be used to make ex boyfriend desire you. It is also important that you establish that he still likes you after the break up by looking for clues for this in his behaviour. This should be done before you do anything else. If he does show signs he still likes you and you really do want him back, with a little perseverance you will get the response you want by using the tips I have shown you.

After that you can start using Facebook to your advantage. Learn all of the things that you should be doing to increase his interest in you and make him chase after you. Lots of women are now using these successful Facebook techniques and seeing brilliant results.

Teeny Fly Likely Cuts Off Tiny Heads

60-Second Science60-Second Science | More Science

A newly discovered phorid fly is less than half-a-millimeter long and, if its like its relatives, parasitizes and decapitates tiny ants. Sophie Bushwick reports.

More 60-Second Science

How does a Venus flytrap know when to snap shut? Can it actually feel an insect?s tiny, spindly legs? And how do cherry blossoms know when to bloom? Can they...

Fruit flies are pretty small. But they laugh at a species of fly recently discovered in Thailand. Dubbed Euryplatea nanaknihali, this member of the phorid fly family is less than half a millimeter long?a fifth the size of a fruit fly.

But before you ooh and aah over the ?cute widdle bug,? bear in mind that it probably makes its living cutting off the heads of tiny ants. The fly is described in the Annals of the Entomological Society of America. [Brian V. Brown, Small Size No Protection for Acrobat Ants: World's Smallest Fly Is a Parasitic Phorid (Diptera: Phoridae)]

Many phorid species lay their eggs in living ants. The newly hatched larvae move to the ants? heads, feed on them and eventually decapitate them.

But some ants were considered immune to the parasitic threat because they were too small for any known fly species to fit into their heads. With the discovery of the littlest phorid fly, however, that size advantage?or rather, lack-of-size advantage?vanishes.?

It?s not definite yet, but the new little fly probably is an ant eater: its pointy abdomen is well adapted to pierce an ant?s body for egg-laying purposes. How adorable is that?

Microsoft takes $6.2B hit to account for ad woes

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) ? Microsoft is absorbing a $6.2 billion charge to reflect that one of the biggest deals in its 37-year history turned out to be a dud.

The non-cash charge announced Monday could saddle Microsoft Corp. with a loss for its fiscal fourth quarter ended in June. Analysts polled by FactSet had predicted Microsoft would earn about $5.3 billion for the period. The company hasn't suffered a quarterly loss during the past 20 years, according to its website.

Microsoft, which is based in Redmond, Wash., is scheduled to release its latest quarterly results on July 19.

The world's largest software maker blamed the setback on the disappointing performance of aQuantive. That's an online advertising service that Microsoft bought for $6.3 billion in 2007 to mount a more serious challenge to one of its biggest rivals, Internet search leader Google Inc.

The aQuantive deal ranked as the most expensive deal in Microsoft's history until it was eclipsed last year by the company's $8.5 billion purchase of Internet video chat service Skype.

Investors can only hope Skype works out better than aQuantive.

Microsoft's $6.2 billion charge represents a sobering acknowledgement that aQuantive didn't bring in as much online advertising revenue as envisioned, forcing management to write off most of the purchase price.

To add to Microsoft's mortification, Google has been milking the acquisition of an aQuantive rival to widen its lead in the steadily growing online ad market. Google bought DoubleClick for $3.2 billion about eight months after Microsoft took control of aQuantive,

Since then, Google's annual profit and advertising sales have more than doubled. Last year, Google earned $9.7 billion and collected $36.5 billion in ad revenue.

Microsoft's online division has sustained losses totaling of nearly $9 billion since the company bought aQuantive. The online division generated $2.5 billion in revenue during Microsoft's fiscal 2011, just $54 million more than in fiscal 2007.

Although the online division has been faring slightly better in the past year, "the company's expectations for future growth and profitability are lower than previous estimates," Microsoft said in a Monday statement.

Bing, a search engine that Microsoft unveiled four years ago, has been getting more usage, but most of its gains have come at the expense of a business partner, Yahoo Inc. Microsoft's search technology has been powering searches on Yahoo's website for nearly two years, but that alliance hasn't dented Google's market share.

Google's share of the U.S. search advertising market has risen from 74 percent in 2010 to 78 percent this year, according to the research firm eMarketer. Meanwhile, Yahoo's share U.S. search advertising has fallen from 10 percent in 2010 to less than 5 percent this year while Microsoft's cut has remained unchanged at 7 percent.

BGP Financial Partners analyst Colin Gillis doesn't expect the hefty charge to dampen investors' enthusiasm as the anticipation builds for the upcoming release of Microsoft's latest version of the Windows operating system that remains the company's biggest moneymaker. The revisions in Windows 8, expected to hit the market this fall, are being counted on to help revive personal computer sales and establish Microsoft as a major player in the tablet computer market.

"AQuantive didn't work out, but everyone already pretty much knew that," Gillis said. "Now, they are just mopping up."

Microsoft shares shed 13 cents to $30.43 in Monday's extended trading. At that level, Microsoft's stock price has still posted a 17 percent gain so far this year.

Mexicans at polls talk of jobs, drug violence

Mexico's presidential election today is a choice between four candidates ? and not voting at all.?

By Sara Miller Llana / July 1, 2012

A man casts one of his ballots at a polling station in Atlacomulco, Mexico July 1. Mexico's more than 79 million voters went to the polls Sunday to elect a president, who will serve one six-year term, as well as 500 congressional deputies and 128 senators.

Jose Eduardo Salas is a young Mexican with a degree in mechanical engineering, no job, and few prospects, he says, so he is placing his vote in Mexico's presidential election today for Enrique Pe?a Nieto of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), who he says he believes holds Mexico's best hope for progress.

He, like millions of other Mexicans, are at the polls today to elect a leader for the next six years, one who will have to address a sputtering economy and a crime wave that has seen over 50,000 killed in drug-related violence in the past six years.

Polls leading up to the race have put Mr. Pe?a Nieto at the front of a pack of four, even though the PRI held a tight, authoritarian grip on Mexico for 71 years, until it was voted out of power in 2000.

But many Mexicans remained undecided leading up to the race, and many have also opted not to vote, currents present in Salas's own family.

His grandfather, Roberto Cienfuegos, accompanied his grandson and son to the station, with their 2-year-old Boxer Kikon, but stayed outside. He has no plans to vote.

?It doesn't make a difference,? says Mr. Cienfuegos, who voted for the leftist candidate in the 2006 race who is also running this year, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador. Mr. Lopez Obrador lost by less than a percentage point, declared fraud, and never accepted the results as many of his followers, including Cienfuegos.

His son, Juan Manuel Cienfuegos, did opt to vote ? though kept his pick private, as many Mexicans do ? but expressed deep skepticism that it will even make a difference. ?Crime and jobs are the most important problems,? says the small business owner. ?But no one is going to be able to solve either.?

Reports from around the country showed that voting was underway without any incidents of major violence. The polls are open until 6 p.m. local time and partial results are expected two hours later.

Pe?a Nieto's main rivals are Lopez Obrador of the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD) and Josefina Vazquez Mota of the right-leaning ruling party, the National Action Party (PAN). President Felipe Calderon is not running for re-election, as under the constitution presidents are barred from a second term.

Each of the candidates had clear supporters today when the Monitor asked voters what their preference was, except the fourth candidate Gabriel Quadri, the only candidate from outside the major parties: He is expected to figure in the low single-digits.

Here are profiles are the other three candidates, the policies that they are offering, and the baggage that their parties carry as election 2012 unfolds:

Enrique Pe?a Nieto

Backroom deals. Rigged elections. Pacts with drug lords.

Those are the accusations thrown at Mexico's?Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI)?after 71 years in power, an era that Nobel laureate?Mario Vargas Llosa?dubbed the ?perfect dictatorship.?

IBM Labs pitches the future of augmented reality shopping with mobile app prototype

From the same company that brought you the ThinkPad and the tank of a keyboard known as the Model M, today IBM is demonstrating its latest consumer development: a mobile shopping app. As odd as that sounds, it's no secret that Big Blue employs some rather brilliant folk, and now the company is looking to combine augmented reality with your everyday shopping habits. While still merely a prototype, the app will allow consumers to pan product aisles with their smartphone camera and view additional details on the screen. As IBM puts it, shoppers may input their own needs and preferences into the app, which can accommodate a wealth of information such as allergens, sugar content and bio-degradable packaging. Through partnerships with retailers, IBM also hopes to integrate promotions and loyalty schemes into the app, which it states will help stores better understand the buying habits of individual consumers. So there you have it, the future of shopping, as brought to you by IBM. As for the full PR, you'll find it after the break.
